change everyone goes through it why not me?

You changed you don't use to be tat way, why?
Everyone goes through changes but me:
-same old experience with frens
-still vry childish
-never good at communicating
-still eating vry slow
EXAMPLE:
Being invited with them to J8 felt excited however they left me out being there was just a mistake. i mistake i regreted alot. thx to some people i feel tat my is terrible
